Clinton Family Fun Day 2010

Getting ready for the big day Saturday! Clinton Baseball Association's Family Fun Day. Johansson Studio will be at Traceway on Field 6 taking individual and team portraits all day. Should be alot of fun as well as alot of work.

Deryll Stegall, Tim Martin and myself will be the photographers. Peggy Horne, Bobbie Gaddis, Ray Johansson and possibly Amanda Johansson will be handling all the paperwork.

I've done several of this type of shoots with another photographer but have never been in charge myself so I'm a little nervous but am confident that all will turn out well.

My packing list includes: 3 cameras (20D, 40D and my 50D for backup), three Sunpak handle mount flashes, nicad batteries as well as good old AA's. Two tripods, water, subway sandwiches, two coolers, paperwork, change, pens, extra order envelopes, outdoor chairs for our weary feet, a table, rubber bands and a box to put stuff in. Did I forget anything? Thank goodness Deryll is coming with his own camera and tripod.
